About Lucinda Howell
Having spent my childhood growing up around London, I became interested in media and was lucky to have a relative owning a magazine publishing house, which is where I enjoyed school and university work placements, getting involved in many aspects of magazine production.  Following university, I went on to work in three marketing agencies in the London area, gaining valuable skills and knowledge. After 11 years, I setup my own agency, having moved to the West Country with my young family to enjoy a better quality of live.

About Ed Smith
As a West Country lad, my formative years were spent in Somerset, following which I attended university in Exeter. Initially, I gained a position post degree, in a Bristol based advertising agency and following this, for several marketing companies operating out of Bristol city centre, dealing with a wide range of clients, both small and large.  I joined Lucinda in 2014, having moved back to live in Somerset the previous year.  My particular specialism is in planning, negotiating and booking print based advertising packages.

This website is very much geared towards SMEs, providing practical, no-nonsense advice on many of the simpler aspects of marketing a business through our Knowledge Base resource. We deliberately steer away from the use of marketing jargon, with most subjects dealt with in a format that everyone should be able to understand.
